Message Some suggestions:

:Stillen Headers <-- You have a turbo Z, look into downpipes instead
:HKS Intercooler Hard Pipe Kit <-- Consider Scotts94z32's pipes instead
:Greddy 300ZX Front Mount Intercooler <-- Like others have said, no need for this
:Stillen Stainless Steel Test Pipes 445
:Greddy 300ZX Coupe SP2 Cat-Back Exhaust 749
:Upgraded Clutch Pivot Ball <-- no need to spend money here ... wait and see if it breaks first
:RPS Max Clutch 6 Puck Twin Turbo
:Nismo Pilot Bushing - Needle Bearing <-- No need, stock will work fine
:RPS Billet Aluminum Flywheels

Get "either or", not "both". Money spent on the 4pc isn't noticeable. The only thing noticeable is the crank pulley. Instead of just the pulley kit, consider the 60k kit or the 120k, with the pulley and belts. Even if you don't do the 70k or 120k, highly consider the rear main seal.
:Unorthodox Racing 300ZX Pulley Set (4pc) with Belts
:Unorthodox Racing 300ZX Crank Pulley with Belts

:Nismo 300ZX Injectors 555cc/740cc Set <-- You do realize that you need an ECU program upgrade for this to happen, right?
:Nismo Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator
:300 Degree EGR Bypass Kit
:Main Wire Harness
:Complete Rebuild Kit (Gaskets) <-- Will you use it all? Buy this only if you do a rebuild or change head gaskets. Otherwise, buy only the gaskets you need.
:Power Steering Pump <-- ??? is the correct response.
:Motor Mounts <-- 90% of the time, it's best to replace.
:Alt. <-- No need to replace unless you know it's going.

:Again, I might me missing things. If I am, please list them so I can get prices on them. I am also looking into Pistons. Don't know if I need them or not yet.
If you are doing a rebuild, keep in mind the cost for honing, decking, etc. Labor adds up quicker than parts.

You will also need to buy misc hoses, clamps, chemicals. There are some hoses that you will definitely want to replace while in the process. Along the way, you might want to paint certain parts or get them chrome-plated. The options for spending non-accounted-for money are abundant.

While you have the motor out, it's a good time to consider steering rack bushings, lower radiator hose upgrade, and stainless steel clutch line.
